Lotte Hotel Seoul
April 28, 2008 | Posted by Helen We stayed at the new wing for 3 nights. We arrived at around 10am to leave our luggage, and were instructed to come back at 2pm to check-in.
Rooms were still not ready when we returned at 3:30pm. The front desk staff told us rudely to come back again in 50 minutes. No explanation given & she was not apologetic and had a bad attitude. Staff are trained to speak quite good English though … which is rare in Korea.
The concierge was extremely snobbish. No help was offered for getting taxis etc. Many celebrities & famous people stay in this hotel too. So maybe that explains why they are only interested in assisting certain guests.
Won’t be returning to this hotel.
