CEBU: Parklane International Hotel
July 14, 2009 | Posted by Joonlee This hotel is excellent with superb breakfast and lots to choose. All the staffs in the restaurant are excellent. They offer us their specials and they treated me and my family not just guests but seems like long time friends. Although, a little bit expensive but worth for the service of the staff and the breakfast. Rooms are of good size, as is the bathroom. Internet is little bit slower but good enough. The room has safety deposit box. Walking distance (a block away) from the Ayala Mall, crossing the street when it’s busy can be really challenging. Sometimes a guard of the hotel will walk with you and he will stop the traffic when you want to cross the street (give him P50 and you have a friend). The hotel has 2 restaurants which are reasonable. I think the hotel is good value for your money. When you go to Ayala mall, if you like sushi etc., make sure you visit the Japanese restaurant at the terrace, They have great food (but no alcohol). The terrace has several levels and on each level there are (fast food) restaurants.
