The Fishing Cat is medium-sized species whose habitat extends through Indochina, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sumatra and Java. Since it swims often and skillfully preying on fish, the fishing cat lives along rivers, brooks and mangrove swamps. It also hunts other aquatic animals such as frogs or crayfish and terrestrial animals such as rodents and birds. Like other mammals in semi-aquatic environments, Fishing Cat has inter-digital webs on its paws to help it gain better traction in muddy environments and water.

The Golden Cat consists of two species: The Asian Golden Cat and the African Golden Cat. Both are medium-sized wild cats and are distributed over the tropical rainforest. The Asian Golden Cat is occasionally found in more open terrain. The species hunt on the ground but climb when there is a need. Its diet includes birds, lizards, rodents, other small mammals and occasionally small or young deer.

The Spotted Hyena (or laughing Hyena) is a carnivorous mammal, often labeled as a scavenger but is actually a powerful hunter who derived its nourishment from live prey. It tends to target medium-sized prey such as zebra and rely more on sight rather than smell in selecting prey.
The laugher of a hyena resembles the sound of hysterical human laughter. Spotted Hyena is the largest of the hyenas and it occurs in many different habitats from lowland areas to mountainous terrains in East Africa and Ethiopia. The species can also survive near human habitations.
The Tarsier is a small-sized animal with enormous eyes and very long hind limbs. Although fossils are found in Asia, Europe, North America and Africa, all the species living today are found in the islands of South East Asia.
The species are nocturnal but some may show more or less activity during the daytime. The species are insectivorous and catch insects by jumping at them. Their diet includes small vertebrates such as birds, snakes, lizards and bats. With the ability to jump from tree to tree, Tarsiers can catch birds in motion.
