Changi village (or also named as Changi
Point) is located at the north eastern end of Singapore. It is very close to
Changi Airport and if you like watching aeroplanes, this is the
place for you.
There is a beautiful Changi Beach Park where many
people come for fishing, swimming, camping, crabbing, kayaking and canoeing.
Here, you will not go hungry - there are just too many good food around
- the huge hawker centre serves lots of delicious food with many people
waiting in queue during peak hours. On the opposite streets are many
restaurants, pubs and seafood available to satisfy your taste buds.
Being close to the sea, this place has 2
ferry terminals: Changi Point Ferry Terminal and Changi Ferry Terminal.
If you are going to Pulau Ubin, go to Changi Point Ferry Terminal.
Hotels and club houses are located on the extreme side of the ferry
terminal.
Also located here is the 2.6km Changi
Boardwalk that can be reached by bus or by foot. It consists of six
sections.

Getting to Changi Village:
The best way to see Changi area is by bus.
It is air-conditioned and will bring you right to the Changi Bus
Interchange. On the way to Changi Village, you could get off at Changi
Chapel & Museum & Johore Battery. These two places are close to each
other and can be reached by foot. Hop onto the bus again to get to
Changi Village.
By taxi: tell the driver to go to Changi
Point Ferry Terminal and not Changi Ferry Terminal. Both are different
terminals.
